Oregon tenants water bill?
okay so here's the deal i am a tenant and i live in a multi dwelling house like a duplex i have a down stairs neighbor my landlord told me the bills were separate but i found out the water is not there is only one meter how i found out is that i had the water in my name and the water company called and said that i was not allowed to have the water bill in my name because i was a tenant in a multi dwelling house and there is only one meter for the duplex but on my rental agreement it says im responsible for the water but the other tenants aren't responsible and the water company told me that because of the classifications of the house being a multi dwelling house that my landlord is responsible for the water and not me and now my landlord is evicting me over the water bill i need to know who is suppose to pay for the entire duplex me or my landlord
